Getting started

Up and running in minutes

STEP 01

Download the app

Search "Vimor" on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The app is free to download.

STEP 02

Create an account

STEP 03

Log your first session

Tap the + button, pick exercises from the built-in library or create your own, then enter your sets, reps, and weight. Finish to save.

STEP 04

Watch the numbers climb

Visit the Progress tab to see volume charts, personal records, and milestones — every session you log feeds your analytics automatically.

Is Vimor free?

The core app is free to download and use. A Pro subscription unlocks advanced analytics, unlimited routines, and priority support. You can cancel at any time.

Do I need an account to start?

Yes. An account is required to use Vimor. Sign up with your email to get started.

What platforms are supported?

iOS 16 and later, and Android 9 and later.

How do I back up or export my data?

Accounts are backed up to the cloud automatically. You can also export a full CSV of your workout history from Settings → Data → Export at any time.

Can I import data from another app?

Yes. Vimor supports CSV import from Strong, Hevy, and standard spreadsheet exports. Go to Settings → Data → Import to get started.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. A reset link arrives within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@vimor.app to request deletion. See the "Delete your account" section below for full details.

Account management

Delete your account

You can delete your Vimor account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All workout history, routines, personal records, and profile information are removed from our servers within 30 days.

Email us from the address associated with your account. We will process the deletion within 30 days.

Deletion is processed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked to you may be retained.
